Terms and Conditions of Sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the use of services offered by Lotoasso via its website and mobile applications.

Client: any natural or legal person using Lotoasso services.

Service: all features offered by Lotoasso.

Any order placed on the Lotoasso website implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Credit card payments are made via the secure Stripe system.

In accordance with current legislation, the Client has a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for services fully executed before the end of the withdrawal period.

Lotoasso cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the service.

These GTCS are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of the Lotoasso registered office.
